Just listing three categories in the title doesn’t imply those items are lumped together. It seems as if you’re considering the three items within the same category.
I can see “women” as an entire category, which might include women’s issues, health, politics, and social things. “Fire” could include explosives, fireworks, and lightning. “Dangerous things” includes weapons, vehicles, drugs, surgery, electricity, and the entire “fire” category.
As for whether women are Dangerous Things, well, anything can be dangerous if you don’t handle it right.
